For the initial marinade:
Boneless Fish, Cubed (use firm fish, I used Tuna steaks here)
¼ cup Lemon juice
Salt
1 tsp Turmeric powder
½ cup Yoghurt
2 tsp Ginger Paste
2 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Kashmari chilli powder
1 tsp roasted and ground Cumin seeds
2 tsp roasted and ground Fenugreek seeds
Cornflour 1 tbsp
1 egg yolk
For the tikka marinade, mix the fish cubes with lemon juice, turmeric powder, and salt.
Marinade for 20-30 minutes.
Mix all the other ingredients in another non reactive bowl, then add the fish with the marinade and gently turn and coat the fish.
Put some foil underneath it on the wire rack, and you are good to go...
Air fry (210 for about 15 mins, checking and tosing now and again) or grill them on skewers until golden and a little bit charred on all sides and cooked through.
