Fresh Tuna steaks
½ tsp salt
1 tsp fresh black pepper
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garlic and ginger paste
1 tbsp white malt vinegar
Small dash of Fish Sauce
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Mix up your marinade and coat the Tuna 30 minutes before frying for 2 minutes each side in a griddle pan.
