Serves 6
20 minutes
2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
25g Butter
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 large Savoy Cabbage, shredded
1] Heat the oil and butter in a large saucepan.
2] Add the garlic and heat for 20 seconds.
3] Stir in the cabbage and 2 tablespoons water. Season, cover and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring now and then, until wilted and tender.
