No Yeast Bread

30 minutes to make
Serves 4

200g plain flour
0.5 tbsp sugar
0.5 tbsp baking powder/soda
120 ml water
1 tsp vinegar
Pinch salt

1] Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
2] Slowly mix for 15 minutes until malleable.
3] Form into rolls and cover in butter for a crust.
4] Put in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
