600g Celeriac, thinly sliced
400ml Double Cream
200g Blue Cheese, crumbled
Sea Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
2. In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
4. Serve the gratin in the ovenproof dish.
