Veal Stock (demi)

Veal bones
Tomato Paste
Plain Flour

1] Wash the bones and pat them dry.
2] Lay them out into an oiled roasting tray.
3] Rub a little bit of Tomato Paste over all the bones.
4] Sprinkle some Flour over the bones.
5] Put the tray in a preheated oven, 180c.
